I have not read any of these yet but two of them were on my long list for my May list of short works: The Employees and Convenience Store Woman. So I may get to them this month! Another workplace novel that I enjoyed was The Circle by Dave Eggers.

Also your list reminded me of the show Severance on HBO. It is not based on the book you mention but it has a similar dystopian feeling. The characters work memories and home memories are separate, so they don’t think of work at home or home at work. But of course: conspiracy. I kept falling asleep while watching it though, and thinking it would be better if it were a book… so I can’t exactly recommend it but my partner really liked it.

YES!!!! I've seen it and loved it... though i was initially disappointed because when I first heard it was coming out, I thought it was based on the book! Really interesting concept though (and wouldnt everything be better as a book? 😂)

Good lost. I also enjoyed The Work Boyfriend by Rebecca Mardon. More angsty than most workplace rom coms, which I like. And satisfying in the end.
